Our next Coloured belt grading is scheduled for Sunday 12th December at Westfield centre, Falkirk.

The schedule will be as follows;

White belt & Yellow stripe – Group A – 2.00pm

Yellow belt and above – Group B – 3.15pm

Korean kickboxing ( All groups) – 4.45pm
